Well it's summer.

Thu Jun 8, 2006, 12:16 PM
It's summer, schools out, swimming pools are open, and girls in bikini tops are appearing. O.o
I'm already getting very bored, whyyyyy?
Well I'm hoping to pick up some books from the library. I really wanted to read this one my friend reccomended. Dark Lover, anyone read it yet? He says it's about vampires, which always intrests me.
I also need to get the rest of the manga that I'm reading. .Hack, and Fruits Basket. Maybe once I get some more books to read I'll be less bored, and less likely to be driven even further into insanity? Lets hope so.
I'm also now offically taking piano lessons. My mom decided to sign me up for them. I'm semi-excited. But I don't really know what to expect, and I don't really want to do them. But I have no choice now.
Well that's enough for today.

My favorite books of al time are Ender's Game and To Kill a Mockingbird. No vampires in there, though =(.

Hard to be bored while reading Ender's Game. Mockingbird has its boring moments, but it's WELL worth the boredom.

I try to be honest, and honesty is brutal.

Sing me that song,
The one you sang as the rain
soaked strands of your hair,
and your fingers gripped mine.

Good good. I hate being bored. You should read the Laurell K Hamilton series too. Its very good. I love her theories on vampire social orders etc. Its fiction, mind you. But Good.

Unless of course you've already done so, at which point you don't need me to tell you that.

I've always been curious about both of those books.
I've been meaning to read Ender's Game. My friends have told me it's good.
:iconmthica:
I have quite the list of books for this summer.
I wonder if I'll be able to read them all.
:iconmthica:
I think my friend has actually been reading those. I don't know for sure though.
I'll be sure to check those out.
Thanks for the information.
